Remember passed levels

Hello!

Since I downloaded UE4 I’ve run into lots of problems, all of which I have fixed, either myself or with the help of this webpage’s members. I’ve learned much and now, I want to take a step forward.

I made a “Choose Level” screen that shows how many of them have been unlocked, e.g. when you pass the level 2, level 3 unlocks, but additionally I want that information to be saved and reloaded when the game is started again.

As an example, I launch the game, pass 3 levels, turn the game off and after a hour or two launch the game again. I want the 3 passed levels to still count as passed.

My problem is, I have no idea how to do it, and I am asking for some tips that may point me in the right direction.

Thanks!

You need to setup a save game system. Check out this video to get the idea: BP Time Attack Racer: Save Game System | 10 | v4.8 Tutorial Series | Unreal Engine - YouTube
