Unreal Engine has stopped working, crashed when I try to open a project

Hello, I am currently trying to open up one of my projects I was working on last night. However, whenever I do, when it gets to 91%, it crashes, saying “unreal engine has stopped working” and prompts me to enter debug with Visual Studio. It gives the error "An Unhandled Win32 Exception Occurred in UE4Editor [3412]

The only thing I did last night, was upgrade from visual studio 2013 (My trial ran out) to 2015 (With Project Dreamspark), but it was working fine recently)

Any Idea what might be going on? My set up is Windows 10, i5,3570k @ 4.3ghz, GTX 970, 8GB DDR3 RAM.

Hello ,

Have you tried a new C++ project to see if it is only occurring in your specific project? Also, can you try downloading Visual Studio 2013 Community to see if it is Visual Studio 2015 that is causing the problem? You can find it for free here: Download Visual Studio Tools - Install Free for Windows, Mac, Linux. Be sure to not click the purple button as that will download 2015. Scroll down slightly and select “Visual Studio 2013” to bring up the option.

I got it fixed, I just had to reinstall the engine. Sorry for the long wait.
