UE4 Launcher no connection

Hey, i have problems to login to epic games launcher. It is since a week now that i cant login to epig games. It says " connection to the server failed"
I reinstalled, restartet my pc and deaktivated my firewall. Im in an private network and i even reinstalled windows 8… i have not an antivirus software installed. nothing helps. i can login to the homepage but not into the launcher. someone have an idea? thanks

Try the troubleshooting steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide.

If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate you Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag (system specs).

Did you open port 5222? Check if its open( canyouseeme.org) if its not open it in windows firewall.
