Simple…just output that alpha to your landscape grass output just like you would a landscape layer sample.
Just a caveat: note that when you do this, it has a chance of spawning grass if there is ANY alpha…so you can still get grasses occasionally on what is, to the naked eye, not grass material. Use contrast on the alpha to get around this.
