Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Still getting weird shadows

Hello. I posted a question a few days ago about not being able to build the light in my scenes, and getting weird shadows with a particular model. I managed to get the light to build (it was a bug from the unreal version I was using) but the model is still giving me awful shadows. I'm new both to unreal, and to the concept of lightmaps among others, and I think the problem has something to do with that. I'll leave an .obj file with my model, for anyone who wants to check it out. It would be lots of help. If I'm right, and it is something about those lightmaps, then an answer would not only fix the problem, but also clarify a lot of things for me.

Thanks a lot, and sorry for any bad english.
