3rd person camera rotates the player mesh

Hi after updating my game from 4.8 to 4.9 ive run into a huge problem im using the 3rd person blueprint but setting camera boom to 0 to make it tfps. Never had any issue with it until i noticed that when looking down the player start to glide and is kind of zooming in on the ground, raised the cameraboom back to 300 and made mesh visible again and i noticed that when i move around the Y-Axis the whole player is rotating with the camera.

What am i missing? i would like to make it rotate the “head” (not attached to a socket since there is no mesh visible) up/down not the entire player.
Cant see what i changed that could cause this at all im sure it’s something simple.
