Creating drunken walk in 3rd person

Hello, I am trying to create a game where you control a third person character across narrow bridges. I would like to add some “noise” to the forward movement that you will need to correct for. Imagine correcting for ofdfset balance while drunk. The noise should be quite random, the characters forward vector should veer from side to side in a random way.

This is for a research project utilizing unreal 4 in order to test out training effects of hearing.

Any help would be appreciated.
