When I add two libs to Unreal Project I get GlobalShaderCache-PC3D_SM5.bin is missing

I’m new in Unreal development and I have added two Visual C++ projects to my Unreal Engine VS solution.

After adding those libs I get this error:

What does it means?

Maybe I don’t need to add those library to VS solution and I only need to link with their static library lib.
