Steam Instructions Dated?

Could an Unreal dev please double check and maybe update this page:
https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Programming/Online/Steam/index.html

There are several issues that came up when I tried to follow the instructions.

First, the engine already has a v132 folder with steam_api DLLs that are dated this month (but only one of the 4 DLLs in the documentation, per 32/64 folder). The ones in the latest SDK are from previous months.

Second, when I created a v134 folder (latest SDK) and followed the directions the engine ignored this folder completely. When I renamed the v132 folder, the engine complained that it couldn’t find the folder (and hung up the packaging process).

Third, the documentation says “For legal reasons, using Steam requires downloading the latest SDK from Valve” and yet obviously the Steam DLL is already included with the engine. Is this no longer correct?

Could someone please shed some light on all this?
