Login takes a long time，and sometimes fail

I am running on windows 10 x64,and I’ve got Fast internet connection （50MB）.But it still cant establish a web session,even I try again.Sometimes it works,but it will take a very long time(5~10min,or more!).
Well,I am in China now,GFW could be a reason.But how can I do to improve this situation(without use VPN)?

If nothing works, follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag/system specs.
