When I click Save button on top left of a Behavior Tree, nothing happens. My Behavior Tree only saves when I click Save All in Content Browser.

I have attempted to reproduce your issue, but my Behavior Tree seems to be saving without issue when using Save button located in top-left corner. Can you reproduce your issue in a new project?
Also, to clarify, when you click Save button in Behavior Tree, asterisk still remains that signals that BT needs to be saved?
I was able to repro this by first opening Blackboard then, without closing tab, going back to content browser and opening Behavior Tree. If I just open BT it saves fine. It seems like it’s remembering that tab was opened as a blackboard and since BB hasn’t been changed it doesn’t think it needs to save.

I remembered seeing some similar behavior, so I looked into this and I was able to reproduce this under circumstances you’ve described. I’ve entered a bug report for issue (UE-22878) and I’ll post here with any updates to it. Thanks for report!
