Hello i am using project “Shooter Game” But i can’t Packaging Project

i have VS 2013 but it still packaging dont work what i need do please anyone help me
I had same problem yesterday. “Unknown Error”, How I solved it was inside my project directory I deleted my entire “Saved” folder and also my “Intermediate” folder. Then I let unreal engine re-generate these folders from scratch and then the packing worked. (Just as a precaution I would duplicate your entire project folder first as a backup)

Without whole build log I will not make some assumptions. End of log is almost always useless.
Logs you can found in folder ProjectName/Saved/Logs
