Imported Building Texture Error?

Hello, I was wondering if I properly imported this mesh because I’m not sure if the textures are supposed to look banded like this. I used Blender 3d to make the mesh and texture it.

Along with the uv-map.

Here is a screenshot of the model in blender. As well as the UVs and texture used.I think it’s either the UV maps overlapping, or the way it gets exported.
