Screen capture 2d post processing

So I’m trying to add post processing effects like grain and color tint to my screen capture. Since it’s a camera I figured this would be easy but when I add the effects, they don’t update the texture. For the record, I’m using HDR as my final color and I’ve editing the post processing settings from the blueprint itself and on the camera in the level directly to no avail.

I can edit post processing settings this way with the camera in the level, so what’s the difference?

For anyone else that might run into this, the “Material Domain” must be set to Post Processing. Once that’s done, you can enable LDR with post process.
