Unreal Project Browser crashes after launch

I am running Windows 10 and I get following error with 4.9.2:

I have also installed version 4.10 Preview 4 and received same error, with addition of following lines:

I have reinstalled launcher and engines a couple of times but get same error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
