Landscape material flickering/noise

when material without normal maps, there’s no flicker, maps are 1024x1024.

Try adding another Landscape Coordinate to your material and having your grass normals and diffuse share one, and then the dirt texture samples to share one.

And given the intensity of your normals, the flickering could be the cause of Temporal AA. To avoid things like this, there are ways to make your material fade in the distance, and increase in detail as you get closer.

Take a look at Epic’s Start Content, where a couple of materials do this really well.
