Anchor for physics constraints?
How can I change an anchor for physics constraints?
Can't find any information on how to do this. I'm moving to ue4 from unity, so I know only how anchor joint is working there
"Parameter Anchor, which indicates where the end point of the joint attaches to the GameObject as specified in the object’s local coordinate space"

How can I get such a behavior in UE4?
Maybe I can't found https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/BlueprintAPI/Physics/Components/PhysicsConstraint/SetConstraintReferencePosition/index.html "Set Constraint Reference Position" in Editor? (maybe it is related to my question)
