"Error: Could not establish a web session. Please try again."

I’m getting the same error that a few others are getting (ie see post heading) with the launcher as seen here ( "Error: Could not establish a web session. Please try again." - Community & Industry Discussion - Unreal Engine Forums ) which means I have to enter in offline mode, which is weird because I can still see items in the marketplace but can’t download them since I need to login.

I stupidly uninstalled everything to start again and now I can’t even download the Engine because I need to login :frowning: So I’m forced to use my mac now :frowning:

So I’d be really keen to get this solved too.

I looked in the cef3.log and this is a snippet of the first part of it if that helps ( ie a lot of blocked proxy going on there)

Ok looks like the issue was that proxy server was turned on, so all ok now.
