How do I use the .UDN files under \Engine\Documentation\Source?

Usually I read online documentation, but what are those .UDN files and can I read them as local documentation?

Hi PowerDesign,

Those .UDN files in that Documentation folder location are simply the ToolTips for the editor. These aren’t all the files for the documentation pages that are posted online.

These files can be opened with VS or any Notepad type application as a text file. Without a plugin that allows us to visualize this page you would not be able to see it like normal documentation pages in an offline capacity.
