Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Perpetual Pendulum & PhysicsActor

I have created a pendulum, but the problem is that the pendulum is losing strength over time until completely stops.

Is there any way to prevent the pendulum stop? Could be perpetual motion by using a Physical Actor?

The components used are those of the video (ZIP):

I'd like to know how you connected that.. I can't get what you have to work..

Did you solve this? I am trying to simulate the perpetual motion of a mass attached to a damp-free spring.

the engine is designed to be somewhat realistic physics, so you will need to overcome the dampening forces and gravity. to accomplish this the only thing i could think of would be to constantly add force or to not use physics simulation.
