Multiple student log-in, lab environment

So we have a lab environment at William Peace University, where multiple students log into the same machine and run the UE4 launcher. What we want to do is have any student be able to log into their profiles on the machine and have the launcher already have unreal tournament and a few different engine builds installed, however the launcher saves everything done to a separate destination per student profile.
This prevents students from logging onto multiple machines because they would have to re-install the engine and tournament per computer they log into. As well some students have their own log-in’s for the launcher and having twenty students download and install an engine and tournament is too time consuming for a class.
We weren’t sure if there was any kind of solution to this problem, and haven’t been able to find one here yet. We would really appreciate any help, and hope we can find some kind of solution before the spring semester.

Hello Darkrai262,

I apologize for the delayed response. You should be able to install the launcher and editors using an Administrator profile and designate that “all users” have access to the program. This should enable any student that logs in to have access to the pre-installed programs.

Does this help?

Hello Darkrai262,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so we are marking this post as Resolved for tracking purposes. If you’re still experiencing this issue, please try the suggestion that I mentioned above then post back here with the requested info.

If you need anything else, feel free to ask.

Sorry about that, we did get it to work, using an admin account. We just had to change some properties in the lab to let the students directories connect to the admins. Thank you for your help.
