Shader Conversion from 4.8 to 4.9

So I have been trying to port up this plugin that I found and it requires using a custom shader. The shader has worked fine on 4.7 and 4.8 but for some reason on 4.9 it fails to compile because it cannot find this function: TransformWorldPositionToLocal() which takes one param “PixelPosition.xyz”. The shader compiles fine on older versions but can’t seem to find this function in this version. Any help would be greatly appreciate because I have done everything from verifying the engine to recreating the entire project.
