When I package the project for Android (ETC2) I get two .bat files.
When i run either of them i get the message “waiting for device”, and it never finds it.
It’s the first time I try to package a project to mobile, but i did follow all the instruction and downloaded a lot of thigs (hopefully everything)
I had the same problem. I solved it by going to Samsung’s website and downloading the correct drivers for my phone. You may think since your phone connects with Windows default drivers, that you do not need Samsung drivers, but you do. Downloading the correct ones worked for me. Good luck.
