Animation and Rigging Toolkit: Where are the bones?

Ok, so I tried rigging up my character. Before I clicked “Build Control Rigalt text” the skeleton looks perfect (I know in this screen shot the skeleton is off but it is just for an example). Once I click “Build Control Rig” I take the thumbnail picture and everything looks like it went well except the fact that when I go to move her she has no bones!! I know I am doing something slightly wrong if anyone could point it out to me that would be amazing!

Can you check to see if your mesh still has the skin weights applied? It looks like something must’ve happened and you don’t have weights anymore.

I have this problem too. No bones. I am not Maya expert so I test my workflow many times, but there are no bones.

Can you clarify what you mean? Where in the process are you and what do you mean by no bones? If you have skin weights, then there must be bones. If you can upload a screenshot, that would be most helpful. I’m fairly certain the user above just doesn’t have weights on the model, which is causing their issue.
