Player's model transforms into a different one MID-GAME

I’m currently looking for a way for a model to be able to transform into a different one. For example: an animated model of a human turns into a were wolf, but what I’m REALLY looking for is a way to add a timer (ex: 1 minute) and after it’s done the player chooses to press the button that activates it and he could turn into a titan (SnK reference) or a were wolf, or maybe any other possible model but there will be a limited time (ex: 1 minute limit) for it and they return to the original model after ward and there would be a limited time to the usage, I’ve seen many do something like thing before but i don’t seem to find any tutorial, or anything helpful in general. Any help?

In one of the content examples there’s an example of the player possessing a different pawn (in this case it’s a little space ship). You may want to look at that for some info.

where do i find it? i’m sorry if i sound really stupid because i’m new and stuff into this community, i used to use unity until i converted, i don’t regretted but it’s confusing since there are more people using unity than ue4 so there are more tutorials, so where do i find it again?
