How to integrate a Live capture video shot with a greenscreen background in UE4

Hi all,

This is my first time posting here, usually the answers to all my questions are previously posted here, so I apologize if this is also answered. I should note that I am a seasoned 3D artist, but my background is in the film industry, so everything UE4 related is new to me and I feel like a n00b

Now for the scenario that I need help with. Imagine you have a scene like a living room and you want to put a live action footage on the TV, something previously recorded like a home video. How do you go about doing that?

I would also be interested to know if and how can I implement a greenscreen shot video and make the greenscreen part of the video transparent (I want to implement a live Actor inside the engine, he will be static and stay in one place in the 3D world, sort of like a hologram)

Finally, how can I implement a 360 video in the engine? I have found a thread on how to render one out of the engine but I am interested in implementing it inside the engine.

Wow this turned out to be 3 questions instead of one but they are all related to one another. The truth is that I am trying to implement the engine in an indie interactive film project that will be a 360 oculus experience with live action footage on greenscreen and 3D elements. So I will shoot the movie with a static 360 GoPro rig and I will have elements in the scene that will be covered by green screen so that I can replace them with 3D objects, and I will also have a full 3D scene where I will put “hologram like” video footage on 3D planes.

Thanks in advance for the answers you will provide

I will be using version 4.8 and up just so you know.
