Hello there, I have been trying to download the new version 4.10.0 with no luck, I have followed the steps here already and I’ve generated the log attached here, please help.

Thanks for bringing your issue to us, unfortunately the file you have attached is a crash dump. Although useful it does not sound like the issue you have mentioned resulted in a crash. You should see in the same file that dump was located in a files prefixed with EpicGamesLauncher and of file type “.log”, these are your actual logs. Could you please zip these up and attach them to this support request.
