How to create di via blue print in unreal?

How would i go about directional influence in the unreak engine? Basically if my characters get hit by attacks with high damage they get knockdd off screen its like smash brothers. I want to create function where the actor if hit hard base on which body part has hit and how much damage and launch power the attack has itll knock the actor or character off screen in depending which direction they where hit and the characters are able to be launched in all 8 directs can someone help me with this?
