Physics asset problem, collision scale

Hello guys, I tried to make the car, but I had a problem with collision scale. Setting physics asset takes place without problems. but in editor collision scale decreases, the collision is reduced by 100 times. Mesh and actor have scale 1. What I’m doing something wrong?

I use the blender and so I thought that he was to blame.I make a new model and tried to export the different versions of Blender (2.69 2.73 2.75 2.76) In a blender constantly changing scale, used the UE4 Tools. Nothing helped. If you change the scale when importing, the mesh changes the scale and the collision remains the same. Bug? or I do not understand anything.
