My main epic account which has all my purchases on it gives me this error message every time i try to log in… Its been doing it now for the last 24 hours… I am not logged in anywhere else with this account so what is happening? The account gets the same error when trying to log into the forums or answers unreal…

“Sorry, your account has too many active logins. Please log out of one of the places you are using your account and try again.”

I had to create a new account just to log in and ask this question.

On the launcher it says
“Error
Sorry too many sessions have been issued for your account. Please try again later.”

Again i have no computers logged into my account… and i need to access my account and the market… so how can we fix this?

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. I have cleared the sessions associated with your account. Please restart your launcher and log in again.

If this does not resolve your issue, please reply back and we will continue to investigate.

I am having the same issue. But because I could not even log into the website and post this question (It mentioned the same thing) I created a new account just to post this message. My actual account that needs to be unlocked is the one! Please unlock me as I just wanted to buy something of the marketplace.

Here too, my account is princeoffunky@gmail.com and I’m getting the same error on the website and on the launcher.

The “too many active logins” problem should be resolved. If you are still experiencing the issue, please contact accounts@unrealengine.com with your display name and associated e-mail address. The account team will be able get you back in.

Hello everyone! I have now the same issue. This morning ive tried to log into my account and it’s says ‘‘Sorry, your account has too many active logins’’
I made new account aswell so i can ask for help. My orginal email is bona789@inbox.lv
I tried to text epicgame email but they just answered with 2FA bs. I can’t do that if i can’t log into my account. Been tried aswell use the ‘‘forgot password’’ option but that doesn’t work neither. PLEASE help , cause i put a lot of money into my account and i dont wanna loose it.

Hey guys ! I just found answer! — RESET PASSWORD !!!

(No need to email to account@unrealengine.com cuz there is no this email today and you will got failure to email it.)
