I see these warnings in logs. What does it mean? Is it important or I need just ignore this?

I have the same problem in my project and I can assure you it is really important because I cannot load a blueprint in c++ because of this problem.

bump; I’ve seen this warning come up in my packaged builds and occasionally in editor as well. I re-based one of my blueprint widgets in code (via a C++ class of type UserWidget) and have seen many warnings of the form: "CreateExport: Failed to load Outer for resource “”

we use CreateWidget function in BP (PlayerController, PlayerCharacter , actor class)
increase this warning.
