Initially it works fine, but at the end of the video you can see that the amount of downloaded data drops from 6.4MB to 6.1. I tried downloading for hours but the amount of downloaded data doesn’t show any significant increase.
And there is another bug which happens when the amount of downloaded data goes from x.9 to (x+1).0. You can clearly notice it in the video. After 2.9 MB has been downloaded, it changes to 2.0 and after downloading the next 0.1 MB it shows 3.1 which is alright. It happens every time the downloaded data amount goes from x.9 to (x+1).0.
The percentage actually doesn’t match with the downloaded data/total data. I am not quite sure if this is a bug.

Thank you for the information. Are you upgrading from an earlier version of the launcher or is this a fresh install?
If you are upgrading, can you please follow the steps here to obtain your dxdiag and debug logs then attach them to your reply?
This is a fresh install. UE was never installed on the computer before.
Anyway, here is a copy of dxdiag information.

Sorry, I can’t. I was at home when I faced the issue. I am not at my hostel so I do not have a computer. I will upload the debug logs once I get home (April, maybe by then, the issue might have been resolved)
