Low Poly Waterfall

Hey guys. Newish to Unreal 4 so be Gentle. :smiley:
Working on a large low-poly project but I’ve run into a bit of snag.
There’s a cave section with waterfalls (its the big black blob in the image below) but I have no idea how to do it effectively and attractively.
At a guess, I could animate the material with vertical-panning noise, but I have no idea how to set that up, or if its even possible. Whatever I do, it needs to go with the water I’ve already made and the overall scene. I didn’t want to just to do windwaker style waterfalls because they’re a bit too cartoony. Any help or ideas guys? thanks in advance.

(p.s. Its a bit dark atm. Sorry on that front, need to re-jigger Emissive levels :3 )
