Cloth Ghosting effect with TXAA / accurate velocities vertex deformation

TXAA creates a lot of ghosting effect on cloth objects.
It seems that the “'Support accurate velocities from Vertex Deformation” feature which works extremely well on speedtrees for example,to solve the same problem doesn’t work on cloth object.
Is it a bug or this feature is not implemented on cloth vertex deformation?
Is there any solution to fix the issue?
