Packaged Game Not Working In Certain Devices

My game works in the editor and even after packaged but only runs on my Galaxy Note 3 while it closes instantly on my Galaxy Tab 4.

I’m using the lowest quality graphics settings if I’m not mistaken by turning off Mobile HDR, using only unlit materials, no baked lighting and using static directional light.

I’ve tried building for ETC1, ASTC and DXT but doesn’t help obviously. I don’t even know where to begin to figure out the problem. Anything I should try? Did I miss out anything to set my game for LDR?

Just to add: I tried running Tappy Chicken on both devices and still the same. Runs on Note 3 but not on Tab 4. Tried resetting to factory settings but to no avail. Help~~

E/libEGL: called unimplemented OpenGL ES API

I’m getting this error in logcat. How can I solve this? Help…

It’s Ok just found out the Tab 4 GPU is a Vivante GC-1000, same as the Galaxy S3 i8200 so I’m assuming this GPU isn’t and never will be supported. I’ve thrown it out the window just because Epic thinks I should. Maybe Epic should have a list of ‘do-not-buy’ devices and put in a banner at the top of every page so there’ll be less Epicless phones killing the people on the streets…wait no manufacturers would kill to get that list off pages…sorry bad idea.

FZBK,
