Problem Import skeletal mesh from Blender 2.76

i have a problem with import skeletal mesh from blender to unreal engine 4.9.3.
this is the blender file.

when i import the file FBX to UE 4.9.3, i have some problems with the mesh of the player.

how can i fix this problem?

Hi there, at first sight it looks like bad skinning but I am sure you would figure that out yourself already. Two important things are to make your pose mode and edit mode of the bones identical in blender, so when you change between those two there is no visible change of their position and the second one is that when creating a character the best rest pose is where your arms are horizontal, so there is no twist or rotation of the bones.
