Hello guys, as said in the title I have got a massive problem. After I log in into my UE account and I get into the library tab where all the engines are, the epic games launcher freezes and doesn’t respond to any command. The only solution is to close it via Task Manager, can someone help me to fix this bug?

Based on your dxdiag, your GPU drivers are out of date. Please visit the ASUS website here and download the latest version. If, after installing, you are still having issue, please reply back and we’ll continue to look into this for you.

many thanks I’ve finally solved my problem and finally I managed to install one of the engines. The problem sometimes occur again when I try to download and install one of the other engine. Should I post another DxDiag with the Debug Logs in order to see if there are any other problems?

I’ve managed to download and install the 4.10 engine and it works fine. I think the major problem is the launcher because whenever I try to start any download/installation it will freeze after a while. ( Now I’m trying to download the 4.7)
