[Feature Request] Add an option to set "Inverse Squared Falloff" for lights off by default

I just wrapped up a project in UE4, and for the purposes of our project, it was incredibly unintuitive and frustrating to work with the “Inverse Squared” falloff setting on, and we wound up turning it off for all lights in order to give us better overall lighting control.
Working with lumens is an incredibly unfriendly and unintuitive system for any team not using IES profiles or working in a project/art-style that is not intended to look photo-realistic.
Having the ability to have lights spawn with the “Inverse Squared” setting set to false by default would be a nice convenience feature for quicker and easier iterations for projects that don’t want/need pure physically-based lighting values.
