Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Hi binhsuper,

This error appears then you attempt to run the editor? Instead of running it, please use the drop-down and select "Verify". Post the results

If this does not display anything, follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs. Post them here, along with your Dxdiag/system specs.

For anyone else still having this issue and finds this post like I did and then had to go and search for hours more:

You need to install this: 2015 Visual C++ Redistributable

If the install fails like it did with me, you most likely need to install this windows update: Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows

If that fails then you have to install a couple of other updates first, but first see if the above works. If not, comment and I will post full list of updates needed that I had to go through just to get the c++ Redistributable to install.
