"ThirdPersonIdle" AnimationSequence is not compatable with any AnimationSequence of AnimStarterPack

How is possible to absent “ThirdPersonIdle” Animation Sequence in AnimStarterPack???
Can’t achieve smooth transaction/switch/toggle between “ThirdPersonIdle” and any animation from AnimStarterPack pack. On picture there are two animations: “ThirdPersonIdle” (from ThirsPerson Feature) and “Idle_Rifle_Ironsights” but transaction between them is not smooth, but jumping?!?!?!

only working solution which I found so far to produce smooth switch between “ThirdPersonIdle” (“ThirdPersonWalk”; “ThirdPersonRun” from ThirdPersonBP Template) and some animation from “AnimStarterPack” is following:
From ThirdPersonBP Template load “ThirdPersonSkeleton” and ManageRetargetBasePose as showing on picture:

Then select some of animations (“ThirdPersonIdle”; “ThirdPersonWalk”; “ThirdPersonRun”) and select “Retarget Anim Assets”->”Duplicate Anim Assets and Retarget” and select “UE4_Mannequin_Skeleton”

I’m a little confused by what you’re doing differently here. This seems like normal retargetting route to me. standard retarget from new mannequin, not old man mesh, is still resulting in dip into floor.

Do you have a working solution? Can be focus on main question: how to achieve smooth switch between “ThirdPersonIdle” (from ThirsPerson Feature) and “Idle_Rifle_Ironsights” from AnimStarterPack,
instead to harass with me- I am trying to help for FREE in contrast to you, who has monthly paid … to sabotage maybe?

Nobody is trying to harass you. You posted this in Bug Reports section, so we’re trying to see if there’s an actual bug in engine/editor. is for clarification on what you’re seeing and what you think you should be seeing, and mentioned that your workaround appears to be no different than process used in your original post. If you no longer believe there is a bug, we can close this issue.
