Tried everything. Matinee doesn't export movie

Hello guys, (really important)

inside my Matinee when I try to export my movie via button…
it shows me up just a general perspective camera (maybe at the origin of axis?) with enabled mouse / keyboard controls but not my specified camera.
Obviously I created a director group and my camera group and changed my Level Blueprint with the three nodes (Matinee, Play, Event Play).
What can I do?

This is a known issue in 4.10. You can use the workaround suggested here for now

It doesn’t work. It tells to “change the default Output Folder to a smaller folder path name” but didn’t sort it.
