How to use diff tool for Blueprint with git?

I want merge blueprint assets from different commits. Can i do that with blueprint diff tool and how?

I am not sure you can with the current version. I think only perforce and svn are the only one that work withing UE4 for diff. There are a few alpha out there for a git plug in. I have not tried them yet
