Truesky plugin fails to load

Hello
I tried to install truesky plugin since a week but everytime i try it fails
Here is what i make, please tell me of anything is wrong :
Download unreal engine source -Run setup.bat-Run GeneratrojectFiles.bat-Compile UE4-Run truesky plugin binary installer -Change ue4 files with “ue4 modification files”-Run editor and… CRASH
Error outpout is : failed to load dynamic link library in C:“…TrueSKY-Editor.dll”

TrueSKY is not an Epic product, so we’ll be of limited help here. Your best bet is to check with developers at Simul:
