Why does my Physics simulation go flying?

I have imported my character from blender. When i click the Physics simulate button in the physics asset. My character turns into a ball and tumbles around the screen.

Any help would be great full.

Check enable gravity in physics

That’s because of the collision between constraint bodies.

this totally saved my sanity. I had weirdly jerky physics bodies with all constraints and everything set properly… this basically fixed all my problems.
