Mesh and uv maps for complex shapes

Hi. I am an architecture student and i want to ask you that is there a way where i can perfectly import my scene to unreal engine with a complete UV maps even for the complex shapes. Although i try to unwrap my uv maps on 3dsmax its impossible to unwrap them properly. So is there a solution or program or anything that i can import my scene or complex models form 3ds max and sketch up with uv maps.

Use Headus UVLayout. Easiest, fastest way to unwrap anything. As a matter of fact, I knew NOTHING about making good UVs until I used it.
