Can't focus to objects in BP, Object/Material Editor

Focus to an object while in viewport screen is working but when I enter to Blueprint, object/meshes edit viewport and material editor then focusing with ‘F’ letter is doesn’t work. It’s really a vital function. Bring it back, please…

I am not seeing the behavior you are describing I am able to focus on objects in all of the viewports. Can you make sure that you have the item selected in the Outliner, if you are in a Blueprint? Are you able to reproduce this issue in a new blank project with engine content? Can you provide a short video of the behavior?

Hey Eric,

I made a video as you requested, take a look at here As you can see there is everything just fine unless if I want to focus to off screen nodes in Blueprint or Metarial Editor. Besides when I working with object/meshes edit viewport then focusing function doesn’t work either. But this time I just noticed while recording the video that when I press the F to focus to a meshes it doesn’t work unless if I press the Alt+RMB/LMB combination just after pressing F key. So it seems a bit functional which is only centering not focusing and also it’s still doesn’t updating viewport smoothly as like in the other viewport scene.

Also I did simple FPS template project but no luck. It’s still all the same.

Thank you for the video, it helped clear up my reproduction. Node focusing which you show in Material and Blueprints is not currently implemented as a feature in the engine. I can confirm however that the static mesh editor focusing is functioning incorrectly in 4.10, but has been corrected in 4.11. Once 4.11 has been released or in preview, feel free to update this issue if you experience a regression.

Ah, I see. But I thought it’s already been functional in earlier version of engine, that’s weird. Thanks for clarification anyway.
