Maya model to UE4 Texture Problems

I made a Tree in Maya, imported it into UDK, but all of the transparent aspects of the textures used just stretch out into a load of lines in UDK, also all of the textures are glossy and reflective, any help? im new to UDK and Maya. thanks!

Have you unwrapped the geometry that you you are importing into UE4? Do you have an alpha mask that provides the texture needed for a transparency mask?
