Skybox material looks different in editor than when pressed play

So, making a skybox with some pretty sparklie stars, but when i hit the play button, the stars don’t sparkle at all, even though it works when just looking at it in the editor (just the camera flying around). Anyone know what might be wrong? Here is a screen of what makes the stars sparkle. I kinda think it might have something to do with the world position node, but I can’t figure out what would be changing just by pressing the play button.

Is there an postprocessing going on that might distort it?

If you would please provide screenshots of your full material. Please make these screenshots close enough so that values are viewable. Also, if you would provide screenshots of the skybox not sparkling. This will give me a better understanding of the what you see vs. what is expected.
