Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Web browser sound echos

Web browser sound echos while playing and "Run dedicated Server" is check. The actor is a level actor, and the actor only contains the web browser widget comp. So the server owns it, but is the server trying to play sound? Are you not allowed to have the server own an actor with a web browser? And I know I should make a new post, but can the web browser attenuate its audio?

Hello Stunt Thumper,

From what I understand from your post it seems that this is working as intended. The reason there is an echo is because the server is running both versions of the web browser. I ran a couple of tests and I was able to use switch has authority to destroy the server widget on spawn so that only the clients widget will play. That's just one example of a way around this issue. I hope that this information helps. Thank you for your time and information.

Make it a great day
