How to make a better third person camera system?

I need help on creating a better camera for a third person character as it is now when I look up the camera gets too close to the character, and when I offset the camera to an over the shoulder view the camera goes through walls but if I leave it directly behind the character it doesn’t go through walls. Any help on this would be great thanks.

This will help a lot with a 3rd person camera and the clipping. We had the same issue and this helped a lot.
